We call it the Pioggia Shoecover. And although the name is Italian for "rain", that doesn't really convey the essence of this bootie. Of course, it's completely waterproof with sealed seams, a waterproof zipper, and a silicone top edge to prevent water from entering. Still, we've also lined the inside of the PU-coated fabric with fleece. That should ensure this bootie keeps you warm in the coldest conditions. The high stretch should provide a snug, comfortable, and aerodynamic fit. It's the ultimate all-round overshoe for wet conditions.
