Roc Loc® 5 Air Fit System
32 Wind Tunnel™ vents
The Roc Loc® Air Fit System has the same features as the Roc Loc® 5, plus it impressively increases airflow and ventilation inside the helmet. The unique design creates a small air cushion between the helmet shell and the head, allowing airflow to flow undisturbed and cool without compromising fit and comfort. Size adjustment is easy and can be done in microgrids with two fingers. In addition, the system can be adjusted in height for a perfect helmet fit.
In In-Mold construction, the robust polycarbonate exterior is bonded to the shock-absorbing EPS interior in a single operation during foaming. This makes the helmet even more resistant without adding weight. This manufacturing process also allows significantly better ventilation systems and vents to be formed. In-mold helmets are therefore lighter than traditional helmets and have significantly better ventilation systems.
Wind Tunnel Ventilation is Giro's proprietary system of internal channels and active vents that direct cool, fresh air over and around your head, exhausting heat and stale air.
